• Open the CONNECTION Client, sign out, and sign back in to refresh your credentials.

Step 2. Refresh Policy:

• Open the Bentley Licensing Tool (search for it in the Windows Start Menu).

1. Go to Tools > Refresh Policy
2. The issue should now be resolved.
