Overview
Replay is a Purdue created teaching and learning web app that will be retired after the Fall 2026 semester.
Instructions
The technical infrastructure that powers Replay has reached the end of its lifecycle and can no longer be updated to meet the university's current security and performance standards. Rather than rebuilding the system from the ground up, we are retiring the application to focus our support on modern, integrated tools that offer a more reliable experience for both faculty and students.
We are committed to supporting a smooth transition to alternative tools, including the robust quizzing options available in Brightspace and iClicker. We understand that changing instructional tools can require additional planning, and our technology consultants are available to help you identify the solution that best meets the needs of your course.
Here is what you need to know about the upcoming timeline:
- Fall 2026: Replay remains fully available for your classes.
- January 2027: Access becomes instructor-only so you can retrieve your content.
- March 2027: Replay is fully decommissioned and will no longer be accessible.
