Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for submitting a print job using PFW Web Print and releasing or canceling your printing at a lab printer.
Instructions

Go to: https://webprint.pfw.edu/
- Sign in with your Purdue Username and Password.

- After signing in, click on the Web Print tab (if not already selected).

- Click Submit a Job.
- Select one of the following print queues:
- For Black & White Printing: PFW - Web Print B&W - Release at Any Lab or Classroom Printer
- For Color Printing: PFW - Web Print Color - Release at Any Lab or Classroom Printer

- After selecting the printer queue, Click Print Options and adjust the number of copies as needed.
- Click Upload Document.
- Select the file you want to print.
- Click Upload & Complete.
*** Your job status will change to "Held in a queue." ***

Note: Color printing is only available at the following locations:
- Helmke Library – 1st Floor
- ETCS Building – Main Lobby
- Science Building – Lobby
- Neff Hall – Room 113 (24/7 Open Lab)
- Kettler Hall – Room 217 (Open Lab)
- Walb Union – Room 223 (Donnas Den)
Print Release Guide

Go to the nearest lab or classroom printer.

Scan the QR code displayed on the printer or go to webprint.pfw.edu/mr

- Log in if prompted.
- Select the document(s) you want to print.
- Click Release.

Your print job should begin printing immediately.
Cancel a Print Job

Log in to webprint.pfw.edu
- Navigate to “Jobs Pending Release.”
Locate your print job.
- Select the “Cancel” option.

Notes
- Select the appropriate queue (Color or Black & White) before submitting your print job.
- Your job must display "Held in a queue" before it can be released at a printer.
- Print jobs can be released from any supported lab or classroom printer on campus.
- Color print jobs can only be released at designated color-capable printers.
- Print jobs remain available for release for 2 hours after submission. Jobs not released within that time will be automatically deleted.
- All Web Print jobs are printed double-sided (long-edge) by default.
- For single-sided printing, multiple pages per sheet, or other advanced print settings, please print from a campus lab computer instead of using Web Print.
