[Windows] Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Software

Overview: 

Purdue IT allows users who have a license to Adobe Creative Cloud to install this that will allow access to many other creative application. 

Instructions:

  1. Open Software Center from your Start Menu in the bottom Left.
  2. In the Applications Tab find Adobe Creative Cloud.

  3. Click Install, it will install without Admin CredentialsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Once Complete, follow the next set of instructions for installing the most popular applications, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
  5. On your desktop you should see an Adobe Creative Cloud Icon.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Double click that icon and it will bring you to a login screen. Input your Purdue email and continue.

  7. Sign in using your 2 factor Authentication.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  8. If you get a license error, your request for the license has not been completed and may need more time.
  9. Once you can log in, an update will run.

  10. Let that finish and there will be many applications you can install, we will install Adobe Acrobat for this Article, the same steps can be taken for any other software.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  11. Find Acrobat click Install. No Admin Credentials should be needed for this install. Once complete, you will have successfully install Adobe Acrobat.
