How to reset the File Export options in SAP GUI back to the default settings

Instructions

To reset the File Export options back to the default settings:

  1. Open SAP GUI
     
  2. Go to a report to export
    *Note: The setting must be reset from an open report
     
  3. In the command window, enter &reset_excel and execute
    SAP GUI Menu Bar. Enter “&reset_exce" into the menu bar.
     
  4. The message "Setting was deleted" should appear along the bottom-left SAP GUI screen.
