Why am I getting a 'session expired' or 'Access Denied' when I log into the myPurdue portal?


This article describes why you may be receiving errors when logging into or using myPurdue.


If you are getting a 'Session Expired' or 'Access Denied' error and you used either a bookmark or a desktop shortcut to get to myPurdue visit Can I use a desktop shortcut or bookmark to access myPurdue? for more information. 

You can also follow the on screen instructions to be returned to the login page.

If you have entered the correct career account information into the myPurdue login, and it either pulls up a blank page or flashes a 'Session Expired' error message, and then returns to the login page, please refer to the browser's help documentation for assistance in clearing the cache and cookies.
