"Accruent EMS” is used for event room requests and reservations, event resource reservations, event management, catering orders, billing, and reporting.

Departments using EMS for event management include: RecWell facilities, Purdue Conferences, Purdue Memorial Union, Krach Leadership Center, Dining & Catering, and the Purdue Memorial Union Hotel operated by White Lodging.
Students, faculty, and staff are able to access the event and space request portal to make requests for space with Career Account credentials by logging in to the hosted site at: https://purdue.emscloudservice.com/. The application uses Single Sign On.
NOTE: Internet Explorer is not recommended.
Non-Purdue entities may also make general space requests using the system. Guest requests will be reviewed within three business days.
