Overview
Clearing the SAP GUI cache can resolve some connection issues.
Instructions
To clear the SAP GUI cache:
- Open SAP Logon 800
- Click the SAP logo on the upper-left of the window and select “Options”
- Go to Local Data / Cache
- Click on “Delete Local Cache Files”
- Confirm deletion by clicking yes.
- Restart SAP GUI
