How to add Purdue email to phone or mobile device

To add your Purdue email to your mobile device, it is recommended that you use the Outlook app from Microsoft

Overview 

To add your Purdue email to your mobile device, it is recommended that you use the Outlook app from Microsoft. Purdue utilizes Microsoft 365 for its email services and can support issues with Outlook. Using your phone’s native email client, or another email app, is permissible but is not supported by Purdue IT.  

Instructions  

Download the Outlook app:   Apple store; Google Play store. 

Follow the instructions below from Microsoft for your device. Use of the Outlook app will require the use of the Microsoft Authenticator App, for more details see https://it.purdue.edu/mfa/.
