Download the current TDx ITAM (formerly Sassafras) KeyAccess client from the following page:

  1. Launch the installation wizard by double clicking on the file you just downloaded.
  2. The installation wizard will ask for the “KeyServer Information”
    1. Enter “pwlkeyserver.it.purdue.edu” for the Host DNS Name or IP Address

  1. Click “Next”.
  2. Click “Next” for the default options on the Custom Setup page.
  3. Click “Install”.
  4. Click “Yes” to restart unless you want to restart later.

Please Note: You will need to connect to the VPN after installation, so the TDx ITAM agent checks in with the server successfully.
