Overview
This knowledge base article will take users through the steps for county users getting access to the county office group email account and calendar.
Instructions
- The County Extension Director (CED) or Office Manager needs to submit a ticket to IT Support requesting which users need access to the County Extension Service Email account.
- Users can be given “send as” or “manage” settings on the mailbox. The CED should add which access they would like each user they are requesting to have.
- Send As – The Send As permission allows the delegate to send an email from this mailbox. Message will appear to have been sent from this mailbox owner.
- Read and Manage – The Full Access permission allows a delegate to open this mailbox and behave as the mailbox owner.
