This article describes how to remove an item in D2L Brightspace?

Instructions

If you have an item that is no longer needed, you can remove it by following the steps below.

1.  Click the arrow located to the right of the item name.

2.  Select the ‘Delete Topic’ option from the drop-down.

3.  You will be prompted to select whether you would like to remove the topic from Content but keep the associated item in the course or delete the topic from Content and the course.  Once you have chosen the appropriate option, click ‘Delete.’
