Within PUSH, The Student Insurance area will need insurance enrollment lists imported into Point & Click, so they can track compliance for PWL & PIN.

Student Insurance will submit a service request at the beginning of each semester, asking for IT Student Life System Administrators to load batches of files into the PUSH Point & Click Electronic Health Record system. This ticket will stay normally stay open for 4 to 5 weeks, as SI will have new batches that need processing each week. (IT process steps are available in the Internal Notes section of this article.)
