How can I see the status of my Purdue IT service request?

Instructions for viewing the status of your service requests or other reported issues to Purdue IT.

Issue/Symptom:  

• User wants to view their service requests made to Pudue IT 

Environment:   

• Purdue authenticated users  

Resolution:   

1. Go to service.purdue.edu  

2. Click on the button “View Your Requets/Issues” 

3. Log in using Purdue Login authentication  

4. View your service requests and other reported issues
