Purdue Fort Wayne Wi-Fi
- When prompted you will enter your PFW username and password.
Eduroam
- When prompted you will enter your full @pfw.edu email address and your PFW password.
Do I have to use SecureW2?
Not at all. While SecureW2 is encouraged, connecting manually to Wi-Fi and entering your PFW credentials will still work.
What if I have both Purdue Fort Wayne Wi-Fi and Eduroam SecureW2 Installed?
If the you have configured both Purdue Fort Wayne Wi-Fi and Eduroam on your device, your device will determine which option to connect too. This is typically common for Apple and Android devices. To resolve the issue you will need to go to your Wi-Fi settings and select the SSID you wish to connect.
Why am I not able to connect on my Apple device?
On Apple devices under “VPN & Device Management”, users see a “Sign in to Work or School account” in blue. If you have clicked to ignore that sign in option, then below the “Sign-in” link, there will be a configuration profile that was downloaded. You will need to click the link for the Downloaded Profile to install SecureW2. Once installed, if you are using the Eduroam profile you will need to enter your complete @pfw.edu email address and network password.
