Printing Allowance
The standard student printing allowance is:
- $20 for the Fall semester
- $20 for the Spring semester
The allowance is added the Sunday before each semester begins.
Unused allowance rolls over between semesters, up to a maximum total balance of $60
How to print
Lab Computers
Use a lab computer for the most printing options, including:
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
- Multiple copies
- Page ranges
- Multiple pages per sheet
- Color printing where available
Personal Devices – WebPrint.pfw.edu
WebPrint allows printing from a personal laptop, tablet, or phone.
- Jobs print double-sided by default- Advanced print options are not available
- Up to 10 copies per job
Use a lab computer if you need advanced print options.

Special papers, transparencies, and envelopes cannot be used in campus printers.
Additional Printing
Students who need additional printing balance can add funds to their PaperCut account through the Bursar's Office in $5 increments.
