How to Request Service

  • To request a new project be considered use the "Request a Purdue IT Project" button.
  • To request support for PPM Pro or TeamDynamix PPM use the "PPM Pro / TDX PPM Support Request" button.

Purdue IT Teams that want to manage operational activities using project management tools within TeamDynamix can request an "operational project" for their team using the "Request an Operational Project". This will initiate a conversation with the Purdue IT Service Management Office.

Report an Issue to notify support staff if a tool or process is not working as expected.
