Completing this form ensures that Purdue-owned computing hardware is properly returned to Purdue IT. For customers on campus, Purdue IT staff can arrange a time to come to your location to pick up equipment and transport it back to Purdue IT for processing. Remote customers within a 2-hour radius from any approved hardware return location are encouraged to drop off hardware at one of the locations listed below. For customers residing more than two hours from an approved hardware return location, arrangements will need to be made by the department for the return of supported hardware at the department's expense.
