The QA review focuses on functional elements and operational issues; instructional design methods and evaluation of content are not included. The QA team can address minor findings directly during the process. This approach is designed to save faculty time and effort. We will inform the faculty member of the minor updates made, as well as the findings they or their instructional designer/course support team can address. Addressing recommendations before the course opens should reduce the amount of communication faculty receive from learners regarding operational issues.
