IDA+A performs research, statistical and predictive analysis, and reporting for campus leaders and decision-makers in support of evidence-based planning, evaluation, and assessment. This form is for individuals NOT affiliated with Purdue University.

Please note that IDA+A does not participate in point-of-service or similar endeavors. If you wish to collect students’ opinions or experiences related to a service (e.g. dining) or special activity (e.g. Dance-a-thon) you can proceed without completing this form. Further, IDA+A cannot provide reliable samples based on criteria (i.e. inclusion or exclusion criteria) that are not collected in the institutional data. This includes (but is not limited to) such criteria as: co-curricular involvement, disability, and sexual preference.

Samples for campus-wide surveys are compiled based on your population criteria and the recommendations of Purdue University’s Survey Committee. Individuals will only be included in the sample if, at the time the sample is created, they: 1) meet the agreed upon criteria for inclusion in the sample population; 2) are at least 18 years old; 3) have not been surveyed more than once in the semester that your inquiry takes place, and; 4) have not filed a formal FERPA restriction to prevent sharing of their directory information. It is not possible to update the sample to reflect changes to eligibility after the sample is created (e.g., students who turn 18 after the sample is compiled will not be added to the sample).
