Purdue Fort Wayne: How to manually map the M drive

Overview

This article lists the steps to manually map the M drive on a Windows computer.  This is intended only for PFW computers that have migrated to the BoilerAD domain but still require the file share to use ADIPFW permissions.

Instructions

NOTE: You will need to be connected to the Purdue Network for these instructions to be successful. (VPN or on Campus Connections)

  1. Open File Explorer from the Start Menu or Task Bar. In the left panel, right-click "This PC."
  2. Choose the "Map Network Drive..." option.
