How do I access or login to Zoom?

Issue/symptom: User needs to access the video conferencing service Zoom. 

Environment: Any computer 

Resolution:  

Web browser instructions: 

  1. Go to https://purdue-edu.zoom.us/ 
  2. Click on the appropriate campus link for logging in 
  3. Login using the requested credentials; you should now be able to access Zoom and Zoom meetings.  

Client instructions: 

  1. Open Zoom Workplace, which can be installed at https://zoom.us/download
  2. Click the option to Sign in with SSO (key icon)
  3. Enter "purdue-edu" (without quotes) as the company domain
  4. Login using the requested credentials; you should now be able to access Zoom and Zoom meetings
