Details

Transact eAccounts is a secure platform that allows Purdue students, faculty, and staff to manage campus credentials and accounts online. Through eAccounts, users can upload their photo online for their Purdue ID, view meal plan balances, Dining Dollar or Aramark Retail Dining Membership funds, and transaction history, and set up mobile credentials for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their mobile device. It also provides security features like deactivating a lost card and reactivating it when found.

eAccounts is available via a web browser or mobile app, although mobile credentials can only be used on a mobile device. West Lafayette users require two-factor authentication, while Purdue Fort Wayne users should follow instructions from PFW Campus Credentials and Transportation.

Customers must have an approved photo on file before they can download their mobile credentials.

More details, setup instructions, and FAQs are available on the ID Card Operations / Support website under eAccounts. All notifications are sent to the user’s Purdue email address. Transact eAccounts is managed by ID Card Operations / Support.
