Overview
AssetWorks Surplus Management System is a system used by the Purdue Surplus Store to manage the inventory received from departments through the Property Accounting form “Sent to WL”. It receives incoming inventory; tracks disposition as sold, scrapped or disposed; processes sales transactions; and generates reports – sales, departmental reimbursements, scrap, weights, capital asset information, etc.

Access to AssetWorks
AssetWorks is a cloud-based hosted system. Access is limited to Surplus, Property Accounting and the business office and is controlled by Surplus.
