Purdue Excellence in Research Administration (PERA), has been established to streamline the research grant application process for all Purdue faculty. Through the Office of Research, PERA is implementing a new suite of software to modernize research-related business processes and technologies.
Details
Faculty, staff and students involved in research use PERA to submit grant proposals, manage research funding and contracts, and apply to IACUC. PERA’s rollout includes a Research Account Dashboard that allows researchers access to their current portfolios of grants and allocation accounts (total budget, expenditures, commitments and available balances). Additional modules (IRB, biosafety, export control and conflict of interest/conflict of commitment) will come online over the next year.
