Overview
Purdue IT's Video Production team offers faculty, staff and students a video conferencing facility ideal for long-distance meetings, interviews, thesis defenses or any other information-sharing sessions in Stewart Center (STEW), Rooms 209 & G52.

Additional rooms and seating capacity are available through a mobile video conferencing service.
Available in STEW 209 & G52:
- Two Large Monitors for the audience in the room
- Utilize Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams for videoconferencing
- Recording of the complete event
- Forty-seat capacity**
- Four-camera view presented to far site participants
- Space available for refreshments when arranged in advance through the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU)
Purdue Video Production can accommodate larger seating capacity by using our mobile unit in other PMU or STEW rooms.
Available through a full-time video conference technician:
- Coordinates schedules and tests prior to the event day
- Manages all sessions
- Switches between cameras and PowerPoint or other media
- Troubleshoots problems if they occur which allows presenters and participants to focus all their attention on the event
