WHAT DOES IT DO?

It allows a Department KeyWatcher Administrator to create accounts for users and then assign which keys they are authorized to use.  The user can then go to the key cabinet and open the cabinet door by swiping their PUID. The system allows the user to remove only the keys they are authorized to use.  After the user is done using the key, they must return it to the key cabinet following the same process. The system keeps track of who opened the door and when particular keys were removed or returned.  Reports can be generated to monitor the activity.
