Overview
This form is intended for requesting students' extended access to a Brightspace course from a prior semester.
Instructions
1. Open the Incomplete Learner form using the provided link and sign in with your Purdue credentials.
2. The requester must be an instructor, department chair, department administrative assistant, PNW Accessibility Center staff member, PFW Disability Access Center staff member, Registrar's Office employee, or Dean of Students Office staff member. Students are unable to submit this form directly and should collaborate with an authorized requester.
3. Fill out the course and term name. Ensure the Course Registration Number (CRN) is exactly five characters.
4. Enter the student's name and username (not the full email address).
5. Schedule the access removal date, typically one year out, but it can be sooner.
6. Click on submit to complete the request. A confirmation page and email will be generated.
