Why am I having trouble logging into Perceptive Content?

This article provides troubleshooting for login problems associated with Perceptive Content, also known as WebNow or ImageNow.

Details

If you're having trouble logging into Perceptive Content, first, check your SAP Password.  If it has expired or you are within the 15 day grace period provided by SAP, you will not be able to log into Perceptive Content.  Perceptive Content does not recognize the 15 day grace period for expired passwords.

If you have 2-factor authentication, you will need to enter your career account as your login.  For the password, you need to enter your career account password AND add ,push to the end of your password.  For example if your password is GoB@ilers,  you would enter:  GoB@ilers,push into the password field.

This is the error message you will receive if you attempt to log in when your password is expired or within the 15 day grace period or if you do not include ,push after your password.
