Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for logging into and out of Work Manager and resetting the client, environment, from a supported iPad.
Instructions
Log in
- Open the 'Work Mgr' application on your mobile device

- Select 'Go' to log in

- A dialog box will appear prompting you to connect to the server, select 'OK'.

- Enter appropriate server information in the "Server' field

QA: https://erp-smp-qa.itap.purdue.edu:8081/SAPWM
Prod: https://erp-smp-prd.itap.purdue.edu:8081/SAPWM
NOTE: Server information is case sensitive

Select 'OK'

You will see a screen similar to the following. It may take a few minutes to get logged in.

Once successfully logged in, you will see the following:

Log out
- Select 'Modules', located in the upper left corner.

- Select the ‘options menu’ (box with the up arrow) located in the upper right corner

- Select Logout

- After you have been successfully logged out, you will be returned to the log in screen.

Reset server
This will allow you to change the server (Dev/QA/Prod) with which you connect.
- From the login screen, enter your career account 'User ID' and 'Password', and select the 'circled i icon', located in the middle on the far right of the screen.

- Select ‘Reset Client’.

- Select ‘Reset everything’.

- A dialog box will appear requesting that you confirm the reset. Select ‘OK’.

- Following a successful reset, you will be returned to the log in screen.
