This articles provides links to requesting additions to print quotas for faculty, staff, and students by departments.
Instructions
Faculty, staff, and students cannot print when their quota has been exceeded. Funds can be added to a faculty or staff account by completing the Request for Departmental Paid Print Quota Supplement form.
The Purdue IT Learning Spaces team will share the completed form with the listed Business Office contact for approval via DocuSign.

You will need a valid account number that will be charged for the quota supplement. The Request for Additional Print Quota form is for supplementing individual staff accounts only, not for supplementing groups or classes.
The form can be used to add funds to a student's Paid Supplement quota in PaperCut for poster/wide format printing.
