How to find MAC Address for Windows 10/11 (without a command prompt)
- From the Desktop, select the 'Wireless Network' icon (bottom right) and select 'Network and Internet Settings'. You can also go to the start menu (bottom left), type in Settings and open it, then click on Network & Internet.

- Select 'Wi-Fi' from the column on the left
- If you are using a hardwired connection (via a cable, likely if using a desktop PC or a docking station) then choose the Ethernet option here
- Click 'Hardware properties'
- The MAC Address is listed in the row where it says 'Physical Address'.
- Please copy down the entire address in the format of: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
NOTE: Please copy down letters in their capital format. A MAC Address is always 12 characters long but may be displayed in a few different ways
How to find MAC Address for Windows (with a command prompt)
- From the Desktop, select the 'Start' button (bottom left) and type 'cmd' and select the program or click 'Enter'.

- Type 'ipconfig /all' and click 'Enter'.

- Scroll through the results and find the section titled 'Wireless LAN adapter, 'Wireless Network connection', or similar. The MAC Address is listed in the row where it says 'Physical Address'.
- Again, if using a desktop PC or docking station with an ehternet cable, you will want to look for the Ethernet Adapater physical addres
- Please copy down the entire address in the format of: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
NOTE: Please copy down letters in their capital format.
