Overview
If this issue occurs, try selecting 'Forget this wireless network' in your Wi-Fi options on your device for the service to which you are already connected. Then, try connecting to the new network.
NOTE: With Apple devices, we've seen that you may have to select 'Dismiss' twice before you are able to connect to the new network.
