Go to https://www.purdue.edu/apps/ics/a/MySQLAccount. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Your MySQL account will be created on mydb.ics.purdue.edu.

You can log into this account using any of several mysql clients including:

Your username will be the same as your Purdue Career Account login, although you password must be different for security reasons.
