What is Ariba and where can I get help with it?

Ariba is the University's procurement and payment system.  Quick reference cards and business procedures related to Ariba P2P, or Procure-to-Pay, are available on the Procurement Services website.  Subject matter experts (SME) are available to answer questions in the areas they support.  Instructional and web-based training is also available.

These resources can be found at https://www.purdue.edu/procurement/index.php.

For those questions and issues that cannot be resolved by SME or any of the resources noted above, an expanded team of procurement professionals at the Procurement Service help desk is available by emailing pshelpdesk@purdue.edu or by calling (765)494-7279 from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
