How can a parent add funds to BoilerExpress?

Issue/Symptom: 

  • Parent or other guest wants to add funds to a student's BoilerExpress account

Environment:  

  • Any

Resolution:  

Follow these instructions found on the ID Card Opetations support page: https://eacct-purdue-sp.transactcampus.com/purdueeaccounts/AnonymousHome.aspx

1. Gp to www.purdue.edu/eaccounts

2. At the bottom of the page, enter students name and Purdue email address

3. Make a guest deposit following the steps provided.
