Root Cause: The error `Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa2.Server.Core.OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException` indicates that the user's account does not have an associated mailbox or a valid license.
Resolution Steps:
1. Navigate to purdue.edu/apps/account and sign in with your Career Account credentials.
2. Locate and click on Office 365 Status in the Your Account Tools section.
3. Activate your Office 365 account by entering your Career Account password.
