Purdue Fort Wayne- Accessing Adobe on Personal Computers

Overview

Eligible Purdue University Fort Wayne employees can install Adobe Creative Cloud on university devices by accessing it through the Software Center, following on-screen installation prompts, and logging in with an Enterprise ID using their “@purdue.edu” email. Authentication with a Purdue Career account and Boiler Key is required, and the license allows use on up to two devices simultaneously.

Instructions

  1. Find Adobe Creative Cloud in the Software Center.
  2. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the installation:
    1. When prompted to log in, choose "Sign in with an Enterprise ID."
    2. Once the login box opens, simply type "@purdue.edu" into the user name field, press the tab, and you will then be re-directed to a Purdue University Career Account Login.
  3. Sign in with your Purdue Career account CareerAccount when prompted.
    1. Keep in mind: if you have Boiler Key set up for both the SAP portal and the Career Account Login, you will need to use this here. Note: With an Adobe License, you can only be logged into Adobe products on two different machines simultaneously.

 

Download a Licensed Version of Adobe on a Personal Device for Eligible Employees

Note: Eligible employees include: benefited faculty/staff, and emeritus faculty. 

  1. Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud page and select Download.
  2. Find Adobe Creative Cloud in your download folder.
  3. Follow prompts on your screen to complete the installation:
    1. When prompted to log in, choose "Sign in with an Enterprise ID"
    2. Once the log in box opens, simply type "@purdue.edu" into the user name field, press tab, and you will then be re-directed to a Purdue University Career Account Login
  4. Sign in with your Purdue Career account CareerAccount when prompted.

Keep in mind: if you have Boiler Key set up for both the SAP portal and the Career Account Login, you will need to use this here Note: With an Adobe License, you can only be logged into Adobe products on two different machines at one time.
