Purdue Fort Wayne- Printer will only print the first page of a PDF file

Overview

Giving step-by-step process when printing multiple paged PDF files and only the first page of the file prints.

Instructions

1. Open Settings:

   • Click on the Start button and select “Settings.”
   • Navigate to “Printers and Faxes.”

2. Select the Printer:

   • Right-click on the printer you’re having issues with.

3. Access Printer Properties:

   • Click on “Properties.”

4. Advanced Settings:

   • Go to the “Advanced” tab.

5. Choose the PCL Driver:

   • In the “Driver” drop-down menu, select the PCL driver.
   • The driver name will be formatted as: PRINTER-NAME PCL.

6. Apply Changes:

   • Click “OK” to save the settings.
