An explanation on how to fix a printing error for a Mac computer.
Instructions
After changing the account password, Users with a MAC device will need to do the steps below to be able to print again.
1. Plug the computer into the wired network.
2. Restart the machine.
3. Enter your Username and most current password; if that does not work, do the old one.
4. If you entered your old one, it should return you to a login screen. Then log in with the new password.
5. If you want to update your keychain, say yes and enter your old password.
6. Cancel/Delete all jobs in the print queue.
7. Test Printer.
