How do I get the most out of the Purdue IT metrics in Tableau?

This article shows the reader how to get the most out of the Purdue IT metrics in Tableau.

Instructions

1. Log into the Tableau server at https://tableau.it.purdue.edu.  This site is protected behind two-factor authentication.
    
2. On the left menu, select 'Explore', then review the results to find 'Purdue IT Metrics'.  You may want to click on the star icon to make this a favorite site so you may return to it easily.
    
3. There is one visualizations for Purdue metrics:  Purdue IT Service Dashboard.  You may also want to use the Favorite star for this visualization.
    
4. The three vizs in this dashboard represent the alignment to mature our customer focus and ITIL practices.
