Overview

Point and Click Solutions (PnC) is the leading Electronic Health Records / Practice Management System  (EHR/PMS) provider for college health and counseling. PUSH utilizes two versions of PnC; the original windows version and, web based application (PnC Web Apps) are used by PUSH (the Purdue University Student Health Center).

PnC Web Apps should be run using Google Chrome for full functionality. 

Troubleshooting

The Point and Click system uses the Purdue Career Account for authentication.

PnC Web Apps Troubleshooting:

  1. If using PnC Web Application - restart Google Chrome.

PnC Windows Troubleshooting:

  1. Restart the PNC Software Module that is causing problems (i.e., close OpenChart/PnCChart if it isn't responding).
  2. Restart the entire PNC software suit by choosing 'Exit' on the 'Application Manager.'  Or Closing the PnC Web Apps Google Chrome browser window.
  3. Restart your computer.
