What is the Patient Portal?

The Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH) offers a Patient Portal for Students who have accepted offers or are registered for classes. https://myhealth.push.purdue.edu/

  • The Patient Portal uses standard Purdue 2-factor authentication. Contact Purdue IT at 765-494-4000 or  it@purdue.edu if you have authentication issues.
  • If you authenticate and then receive a “we were unable to locate your record” error, it means that your record has not been imported into the PUSH database yet. New Students should be in the PUSH database within 2 business days of accepting their offers. Please contact PUSH via shc@purdue.edu if your Purdue Username was changed after enrollment.

Primary uses of the Patient Portal:

  • Update your Profile (Local Address, Phone, etc.)
  • Add your Immunization history to the Medical Clearance section.
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Read secure messages
  • Upload Insurance information
  • Review Account Summary
  • Complete questionnaires / surveys
