Overview
This article gives instructions for how to check the status of your SAPGUI installation.
Instructions
- From the Start Menu, scroll down until you find “SAP Front End”

- Click on “SAP GUI Configuration”
- Navigate to “System Information”
- Click the “Check SAP GUI Installation” button

- Click “Next”
- All of the SAPGUI installed files will be checked. The process should come back with a successful message “The SAP products on this workstation are correctly installed. No errors detected”.

- If the check process comes back with errors, SAPGUI has not be properly installed on the machine and requires a complete uninstall/re-install in order to correct the problems.
- If a re-installation is necessary, please be sure to close down all SAPGUI windows, including the SAP Logon Pad before beginning the installation process.
- Reboot the computer after the installation is complete.
