In order to transfer ownership of a survey, an approval from the current survey owner is required.
Instructions
If the current owner is no longer with Purdue, an approval from the current owner’s Department Head is required.
Please provide the following information below:
- Name and link to the survey
- Name of the user you would like to transfer ownership to
