Overview
In June 2021, the Purdue University Board of Trustees adopted a civics literacy graduation requirement for undergraduates, including all transfer students. The requirement applies to all undergraduate students who entered Purdue in the fall 2021 or any subsequent semester. This requirement went into effect for West Lafayette campus students fall 2021 and Purdue's regional campus students fall 2022.
