IDA+A Request for external users

IDA+A performs research, statistical and predictive analysis, and reporting for campus leaders and decision-makers in support of evidence-based planning, evaluation, and assessment. This form is for individuals NOT affiliated with Purdue University.

Please note that IDA+A is unable to fulfill most requests for individuals who have no affiliation with Purdue University. If you were not directed to contact IDA+A directly, submit a Public Records Request instead.

External stakeholders (no affiliation with Purdue) who should be included in your request:

1. Add the name of any stakeholders external to Purdue who are involved with this request, followed by their email address in parenthesis. For multiple stakeholders, separate entries by a comma. For example: Jane Doe (jdoe@gmail.com), John Doe (johndoe@gmail.com).
