I Can't Access Sectigo - InCommon Transition to CERTInext

Knowledge Base Article:

Overview

As part of changes to certificate management services within the InCommon Certificate Service, direct access to the Sectigo Certificate Manager platform is no longer available for InCommon member institutions. Users who previously managed certificates through Sectigo may find that their accounts have been disabled or that access has been removed.

Impact

If your Sectigo access has been revoked:

  • You may be unable to log in to the Sectigo Certificate Manager portal.
  • You may no longer be able to view, manage, or revoke certificates directly through Sectigo.
  • Certificate lifecycle management may have transitioned to designated institutional certificate administrators or alternative certificate management processes.

Certificate Revocation Requests

If a certificate must be revoked and you no longer have access to the Sectigo management portal, you can submit a revocation request using Sectigo's Revocation Portal.
