An explanation on how to access network resources when you are off-campus. 

Instructions

Accessing Email

• Access webmail via the email icon in goPFW.

Accessing Network Storage

• You can access your I, O, P, or W drives by visiting https://myfiles.pfw.edu/.
  • For more information on MyFiles, click here.

VPN Connections

• You can establish a VPN connection while off campus.
• A VPN connection is required to access resources such as Brightspace, SAP, Remote Desktop Connection, PFW Software Center, etc.

Remote Desktop Connection

• Remote Desktop Connection is built into Windows and allows you to remotely control your office PC from off campus.
• Remote Desktop Connection requires initial configuration and requires setting up a VPN connection first.
