Instructions

Uploading a Video in MediaSpace

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Purdue Fort Wayne MediaSpace.
2. In the Kaltura MediaSpace panel, click the login link.
3. Log into the server with your current Purdue Fort Wayne Username and Password.
4. On the top, click the My Media link.
5. On the left, click the Media Upload button.
   1. Or on the top, click the Add New drop-down menu and select Media Upload.
6. Click + Choose a file to upload.
7. Locate and select the desired video file. Click Open to start the uploading process.
   1. A progress bar will appear.
8. If desired, edit the video Name and Created By fields.
9. If desired, enter the Description and Tags.
10. Click Save to save the video information.

After the uploading process finishes, click the Go to media page link to view the video.
